ESS offers residency programs in Barcelona and at La Liga club Girona FC throughout the year. With programs ranging from 10 days to 3-months, ESS Residency offers training inside our partner clubs in Spain, Girona FC and UE Sant Andreu, along with friendly matches and the opportunity to play in Spain’s top tournaments including MIC, FIT, Costa Daurada Cup, and Cruyff Football Tournament.
All programs are led by ESS Director of Futbol Didi Rodriguez, a UEFA Pro Licensed coach who is a former player of FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid and a former coach at Girona FC.
The combination of his playing resume and more than 15 years of coaching provides ESS Residency players one of the top coaches in Spain to guide them through their experience.
Along with his on-field coaching, Didi holds weekly team video analysis sessions and monthly individual player video analysis sessions.
