Spend 12 weeks in Girona, Spain training with La Liga club Girona FC and playing weekly matches with the ESS Girona FC Residency team. Train in the morning with Girona FC staff and at night with Girona FC teams, while playing one match per week against top competition in Catalonia, Spain, and playing in the Football Cup Barcelona with your ESS Girona FC team.
Weekly gym sessions, video analysis, and evaluations assure players are pushed to their best level. The work off the field is just as important, with daily study hall and three days of intensive language courses per week.
Guided by the ESS and Girona FC staff throughout the 12 week stay, players get to know the cities of Girona and Barcelona, while living and immersing themselves at a famous La Liga club.
