Learn from some of the best clubs and coaches in Spain, with formation courses at La Liga club Girona FC and the Basque academy Antiguoko KE, one of the top academies in Spain that produced Xabi Alonso and Mikel Arteta. Along with extensively studying the methodology of both clubs, work directly on the field with players and staff from Antiguoko KE, and see the innerworkings of the Girona FC Academy.
Depart the USA for Bilbao’s Loiu Airport where ESS staff meets you and takes you to San Sebastian. Upon arrival check into your hotel and head directly to watch academy matches of Antiguoko KE.
Course orientation in the morning followed by the start of your Antiguoko KE formation course. That afternoon view Antiguoko KE league matches and after take a Pintxo Crawl tour in San Sebastian’s famous Old Town for dinner.
Spend the morning at Real Sociedad’s Zubieta training complex watching the first team train before the second day of your Antiguoko KE formation course. At night on-field coaching with Antiguoko KE.
In the morning, finish your formation course with Antiguoko KE before heading to Biarritz, France for the afternoon. That night return to San Sebastian for your final night on the field with Antiguoko KE. That night say farewell to San Sebastian with a traditional Basque cider house experience.
Move to Girona where you’ll go directly to their facilities to start your formation course. In the afternoon check into your hotel and return to to observe Girona FC academy team training.
Watch Girona FC´s 1st team train followed by the second day of your formation course at. After lunch tour Montilivi stadium before heading back to observe academy training.
In the morning complete your formation course and head to Barcelona for the last night of the tour.
Depart Barcelona´s El Prat Airport for the USA.
