Players spend 12 weeks in San Sebastián, Spain training with the famous Basque academy Antiguoko KE, playing weekly matches and playing in the famous Meditteranean International Cup (MIC). Train in the morning with ESS staff and at night with Antiguoko KE teams, while playing one match per week against the top competition from the Basque Country with the ESS San Sebastian Residency Team.
Weekly video analysis and gym sessions along with monthly player evaluations help push players to another level on the field. The work off the field is just as important, with daily study hall and three days of intensive Spanish class per week.
Guided by the ESS staff throughout the 12 weeks, players get to know the cities of San Sebastián and Barcelona, play in MIC and attend La Liga matches.
