Players spend 12 weeks in San Sebastián, Spain training with the famous Basque academy Antiguoko KE and playing matches with the ESS San Sebastián Residency team. Train in the morning with ESS staff and at night with Antiguoko KE teams, while playing one match per week against the top competition from the Basque Country, and play in the Football Cup Barcelona.
Weekly gym sessions along with video analysis and player evaluations helps push players to their best level. The work off the field is just as important as on it, with daily study hall and three days of intensive language courses per week.
Guided by the ESS staff throughout the 12 weeks, players get to know the cities of San Sebastián and Barcelona, play in Football Cup Barcelona and attend La Liga matches.
