Spend 12 weeks in Girona, Spain training with La Liga club Girona FC and playing weekly matches with your ESS Girona FC Residency team. Train in the morning with Girona FC staff and at night with Girona FC teams, while playing one match per week against top competition in Catalonia, Spain, and playing in the famous Mediterranean International Cup tournament with your ESS Girona FC team.
Two gym sessions per week along with video analysis and player evaluations assure every player is pushed to their best level. Your work off the field is just as important, with daily study hall and three days of intensive language courses per week, making sure you return home fluent in Spanish.
