Spend 9 weeks in Girona, Spain training with La Liga club Girona FC and playing matches with the ESS Girona FC Residency team. Train in the morning with Girona FC staff, at night with Girona FC academy teams, play weekly matches against top competition in Catalonia, Spain, and play in the Mediterranean International Cup (MIC).
Weekly gym sessions, video analysis, and player evaluations assure players are pushed to their best level. The work off the field is just as important, with daily study hall and three days of intensive language courses per week.
Guided by the ESS and Girona FC staff throughout the 9 week stay, players get to know the cities of Girona and Barcelona, while living and immersing themselves at a famous La Liga club.
